We welcome domestic pets in our community. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet, with up to two pets allowed per apartment. Combined weight for all pets must not exceed 100 lbs.
A $300 pet fee for your 1st pet and a $150 fee for your 2nd pet will apply.

Security deposits start at $300, depending on your credit and rental history.
Rent payments may be made online using our Resident Portal, by calling (800) 533-7901, or by mailing payments to the address below. When mailing payments, please make all checks payable to Peak Management LLC, include your remittance slip with your payments, and write your account number found on your statement in the notes section of your check.
For insurance purposes, rent payments are not accepted in the leasing center.

Emergency service includes immediate life safety issues including gas leaks, major plumbing leaks, toilet overflows, fire, or electrical failures.
If you're locked out of your home during business hours, contact the leasing center at (410) 775-9729 and we can assist you. A $10 service charge will apply.
After hours, call the emergency service number at (410) 288-8266 for assistance. A $50 service charge for after-hours requests will apply.
This apartment complex is great! When we first moved two years ago, I was really impressed with the interior and quality of the apartment. I loved the floors, the huge kitchen, and it was exactly what we were looking for in a living space.
Maintenance issues are fixed upon request and the office is always available for you. The gym is very nice and clean and has a lot of new equipment (both cardio oriented and weight machines). And being able to have two pets is great!
I've been living here for about a month now and I have to say that this is a fantastic apartment complex! I'm usually extremely particular about where I live but I love my apartment. Great square footage for the price and close to everything you could need. The grounds are well kept and everyone I've met has been extremely friendly, particularly the staff in the leasing office. A nice quiet neighborhood and I would definitely recommend this place!
Staff very helpful and knowledgeable when I went to check out this property. Friendly and inviting staff. Felt at home within the community as soon as I walked in. Property was clean, well maintained, and modern in the interior and exterior. Property Manager Chris very professional and followed up with me after my tour of property. Looking forward to making this my new home soon!
Hampton Manor is a great development to live in. The community/grounds are well kept and clean. The staff is attentive and responsive. And the townhomes are fairly spacious. I love my fireplace and back patio.
This apartment complex is very welcoming. They are one of the few apartments in the area that allow you to have 2 dogs, big or small. The staff are very friendly to both the residents and the pets. The maintenance staff are incredibly friendly, and even have treats for the dogs. My dog got so excited whenever he saw them. Any problems submitted to the office get addressed and handled promptly and with great quality. The complex even holds fun community events for different times of the year.
The Leasing Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the leasing and approval process, by far the best that I experience in a long time. The community is very clean and well-kept landscaping just wonderful!
My Apartment is Spacious, clean and for the most part, we have a friendly community. The staff is very nice. The grounds are kept in very good condition. The woodsy atmosphere in the back yard is nice.
I've lived in multiple complexes in the Cockeysville area and this is by far the best. Yes, the buildings are older, however, the maintenance crew is fantastic and management is quick to respond. The complex is a little more secluded and quiet than others in the area. It's not uncommon to see rabbits, foxes, blue jays, cardinals, deer, and other wildlife in the area. Hampton manor is by far the friendliest when it comes to pets. they allow large dogs and have a good size dog run too. You'll meet most of the residents out walking their dogs and this makes the community very friendly. This has been one of the best apartment experiences I've had. I would definitely recommend Hampton Manor to anyone looking in the Cockeysville area.
Very clean and maintained. The personnel at the leasing office are always very helpful. I enjoyed living in this community and plan to stay here for a couple more years. It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly.
Great, clean place to live I have no problem with anything here Very professional staff and always ready to help Spacious parking is allowing to have a big car with no problem with parking spot even late-night! Happy here!!!!
This community is a great community to live in. Maintenance crew members respond very quickly to your requests and always do a great job completing repairs. The leasing office staff have been very responsive as well and are always kind and professional when I speak with them. My one bedroom apartment is very spacious and the amenities are nice. I've lived here for 1.5 years and plan on staying for a couple more years.
The staff at Hampton manor were incredibly helpful in ensuring our move In Process went smooth. We were moving across the country which is stressful enough but they helped make it simple and were very accommodating when our moving truck decided to arrive a day prior to our scheduled move in. Shortly after moving in we got a snow storm but the maintenance staff were hard at work clearing the snow off the walkways which we really appreciate coming from CA lol. We really like how close everything is to our new home and the dog park on site is a great addition for our pup.
