What is the application fee?

Our application fee is $35 per applicant. Applicants must be 18 years or older. 

What is your pet policy?

We welcome domestic pets in our community. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet, with up to two pets allowed per apartment. Combined weight for all pets must not exceed 100 lbs.

A $300 pet fee for your 1st pet and a $150 fee for your 2nd pet will apply.

The following restricted breeds, or any mixture thereof, are prohibited within the community. This list may not be all-inclusive, please contact our leasing team for more details.

What is the required security deposit?

Security deposits start at $300, depending on your credit and rental history.

How can I pay my rent?

Rent payments may be made online using our Resident Portal, by calling (800) 533-7901, or by mailing payments to the address below. When mailing payments, please make all checks payable to Peak Management LLC, include your remittance slip with your payments, and write your account number found on your statement in the notes section of your check.

For insurance purposes, rent payments are not accepted in the leasing center.

How can I request service?

Service requests may be submitted online using our Resident Portal or by calling our leasing team at (410) 775-9729. Emergency service may be requested during non-business hours by calling (410) 288-8266. 

Emergency service includes immediate life safety issues including gas leaks, major plumbing leaks, toilet overflows, fire, or electrical failures.

What can I do if I'm locked out of my home?

If you're locked out of your home during business hours, contact the leasing center at (410) 775-9729 and we can assist you. A $10 service charge will apply.

After hours, call the emergency service number at (410) 288-8266 for assistance. A $50 service charge for after-hours requests will apply.

    Maintenance issues are fixed upon request and the office is always available for you. The gym is very nice and clean and has a lot of new equipment (both cardio oriented and weight machines). And being able to have two pets is great!

Great square footage for the price and close to everything you could need. The grounds are well kept and everyone I've met has been extremely friendly, particularly the staff in the leasing office.   • This apartment complex is very welcoming. They are one of the few apartments in the area that allow you to have 2 dogs, big or small. The staff are very friendly to both the residents and the pets. The maintenance staff are incredibly friendly, and even have treats for the dogs. My dog got so excited whenever he saw them. Any problems submitted to the office get addressed and handled promptly and with great quality. The complex even holds fun community events for different times of the year.

  • I've lived in multiple complexes in the Cockeysville area and this is by far the best. Yes, the buildings are older, however, the maintenance crew is fantastic and management is quick to respond. The complex is a little more secluded and quiet than others in the area. It's not uncommon to see rabbits, foxes, blue jays, cardinals, deer, and other wildlife in the area. Hampton manor is by far the friendliest when it comes to pets. they allow large dogs and have a good size dog run too. You'll meet most of the residents out walking their dogs and this makes the community very friendly. This has been one of the best apartment experiences I've had. I would definitely recommend Hampton Manor to anyone looking in the Cockeysville area.
